Quays Restaurant & Bar serves buffet breakfast daily and transforms in the evenings to an intimate dining room, offering a relaxed and stylish atmosphere whilst·overlooking the spectacular views of the Brisbane River and Southbank Parklands.

The Restaurant offers an extensive a la carte menu that specifically highlights fresh produce sourced from the South East Queensland region. The Bar offers a unique way of discovering wine, with a selection of local wines divided into four intuitive taste categories. It's our Grand Vins menu and here at Mercure Hotels, wine tasting has been elevated to an art form. For over 25 years, Les Grands Vins Mercure have been recognised for the quality of their selections. Quays Restaurant and Bar is a non smoking venue.
