Meeting Rooms
The conference rooms can be found on three different levels at Mercure Brisbane. The following table illustrates the various conference rooms and the levels they are on. Detailed floor plans follow showing conference room dimensions and electrical points.
Grand Chelsea Ballroom
The Grand Chelsea Ballroom at Mercure Brisbane is widely acknowledged as one of Brisbane’s ultimate venues for product launches, conventions, gala dinners and exhibitions. Your guests approach the suite via its own street entrance that leads into a reception foyer with space for 200.
The main suite is adjacent. Within this vast classically proportioned room you can accommodate up to 850 delegates for a meeting or 560 for a banquet. It is a highly flexible room that can easily be changed from a banquet to a conference, or divide into four separate conference spaces. It also has vehicle access – should this be required.
